Finchley Chamber Orchestra on Radio 3
Finchley Chamber Orchestra became a part of Radio 3s ongoing Listen Up! project on 19th October 2006, when Petroc Trelawney interviewed our conductor David Lardi by telephone from Trinity Church in the middle of one of our regular rehearsals, and then broadcast the entire last movement from our performance in May 2006 of Beethovens 7th Symphony.
If you have a broadband connection, the top link below will bring you this brief interview as an MP3 file; you can open it directly in an application such as Windows Media Player or save it on your computer to play later. The other links will bring you our complete performance of this symphony, movement by movement, as well as a complete symphony by Mozart from the same concert.
